Receipts and billing
Every receipt is in your Purchases page. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and their name appears on your statement.
Refunds
We honour a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us and we'll process it — no interrogation.
Anything else
Pre-purchase questions, bulk access for a team, or a coach you wish existed — we read all of it.
