Refund Policy

Buy a coach, work through the session, and read the document it produces. If it isn't something you'd actually act on, ask for your money back within 30 days of your order date and you'll get a full refund. You don't have to justify it — changing your mind is reason enough.

This applies to single coaches, the Pick Three pack, stage packs, the full collection, and any add-on offer you accepted after checkout.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, so refunds are issued by Paddle. You can request one in two ways:

• Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you bought with.
• Or email us at hello@thebusinessblender.com with your order email, and we'll submit the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes them within a few business days, and your bank may take a little longer to show it.

When a refund is issued, access to the refunded coaches is removed from your workspace. Documents you already exported are yours to keep — we don't ask for them back.

Past 30 days we're not obliged to refund, but if something has genuinely gone wrong — you were charged twice, a coach didn't work, you never got access — email hello@thebusinessblender.com and we'll sort it out.
